Optional Coverages

Equine Major Medical/Surgical:
Provides coverage for Veterinarian fees that are a direct result of medical and surgical treatment for specified animals.
Limits vary from $5000 to $10,000, premiums start at $85 and various deductibles apply.
Equine Loss of Use:
Provides coverage for specified animals that, during the policy term,
become permanently unfit for use specified in the schedule. Must first insure for full mortality
and medical/surgical.
International Transit: available at additional .5% each way (one way)and 1% round trip
Major Medical / Surgical coverage is also required.

RESTRICTED PERILS

Coverage is limited to specific named perils: Fire and/or windstorm, tornado, cyclone and hail; Explosion or earthquakes; Flood (meaning the rising of natural bodies of water), drowning; Accidental shooting by a person or other than the insured or employees of the insured; transit.

Direct loss of damage caused by:
Theft or attempted theft (but excluding mysterious disappearance or escape); Attack by dogs or wild animals; Collision of an animal with vehicles except those owned by the insured.

Accidental Death:
Medical/Surgical cannot be added to these policies nor is there any coverage for Emergency Colic Surgery.
